Resale Rights License for Physical Products – CozyExhaleART Designs

This purchase grants you the Resale Rights License for the exclusive use of CozyExhaleART designs to create and sell physical products (such as apparel, mugs, etc.) using print-on-demand services or other print fulfillment companies. This license applies to single design & single listing.

Do You Need a License?
If you are printing the designs on physical products yourself, no extended license is needed. The design can be used as per the description in each design listing.
If you are using a print-on-demand service (e.g., Printful, Printify, Merch by Amazon, Redbubble, etc.) to create and sell products, you will need this license.

What This License Allows:
Use of CozyExhaleART designs to create physical products through print-on-demand services.
This license is valid for exclusive use in your store listed in the Agreement. Non-transferable & non-exclusive rights.

Important Notes:
Designs are NOT included in this license listing and must be purchased separately from the relevant design listings.
No digital items or physical items are included with this listing. This license only covers the use of the designs on physical products.
This license covers the use of designs only within your specified store.
Any modifications to the designs require prior written approval from the Licensor.

Restrictions:
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the designs as standalone digital files.
Designs may not be used in any store other than the one specified in your license.
No alterations of the designs for other uses without prior written approval.
This license does not include rights for creating digital products, selling digital bundles, or using designs in digital items for resale.

IMPORTANT:
Refunds are not available for digital items.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their use of the designs complies with trademark laws.
